HOW LONG DO THE tours LAST AND WHERE DO THEY BEGIN?
All our tours meet at the nearest train station and will be specified depending upon your specific tour booking. If you need further assistance, please let us know in advance to make arrangements. The tour times are listed as a general time frame, but we are flexible and sometimes go over the time limit depending on an added sake tasting or omakase sushi course etc. Please let us know if you are on a tight schedule.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN A Tour ACCOMMODATE? CAN I book A PRIVATE Tour?
In order to provide a truly personal in-depth experience, we usually limit non-private tours to small groups of six. All private custom tours can accommodate any party size up to twelve.
what if I just want concierge services instead of a tour?
We are happy to help act as a special concierge service for booking restaurants, hotels, events, museums, and other necessary reservations. Please inquire with an email for specific requests and pricing.
CAN KIDS GO ON A Tour?
Yes! The afternoon tour is more suitable for children as there is more to do and see. Evening tours are okay too, but all guests must be at least 18 years old to drink alcohol. Children under 10 are discounted.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE VEGANS, VEGETARIANS, PESCATARIANS, and Gluten Freee Diets?
We are happy to accommodate vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians, and gluten free folks; just let us know in advance.
WHAT ABOUT THOSE WITH ALLERGIES?
It is important you let us know in advance about any dietary restrictions or allergies. We will do everything we can to accommodate your need, however seafood allergies must be extra careful. We are not responsible for any illnesses or allergic reactions that may occur on the tours. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before making a booking.
what is the Cancellation policy?
Any cancellations prior to 7 days in advance will incur a 50% fee of the total booking price. Anything after 7 days is non-refundable.

We are happy to list out a few of our favorite spots once your tour has been booked.
